We can also use help with before Mass set up and with ushers to direct the Communion lines. Sign up to assist with these vital ministries. Set-up team members should arrive 45 minutes before Mass begins. Be sure to join Outdoor Mass Updates to know when weather forces the cancellation of Mass.
All adult volunteers MUST be Virtus-trained. If you need help getting this training, contact Barbara Sadler in the Parish Office. It only takes a few minutes to learn how your can help keep our children safe.

40 Days for Life
campaign begins September 23 and ends November 1, praying daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. The public prayer campaign for the Baltimore/Harford County area takes place on the public right of way at 7600-7700 Bel Air Parkway in front of the Beltway Plaza in Fullerton, Maryland. The abortion center, Whole Women’s Health, is located in the back left corner of the plaza.

Red Cross Blood Drive - September 3, Knights of Columbus Hall, Forest Hill.
23 Newport Drive, in Forest Hill from 10 am to 3 pm. You will receive Covid-19 information when you sign up. Currently, you MUST have an appointment to give blood.
St. Mary's next Blood Drive is scheduled for Thursday, December 3rd.

Students must be in a Faith Formation program one year prior to receiving a Sacrament. Contact the Parish Office for more information or assistance registering.
The First Eucharist Mass is scheduled for September 12.
Please pray for these children has they take a big step in faith. First Eucharist families are reminded to complete the retreat packets as soon as possible. Please send a few pictures of your children working on their retreat activities to Mrs. Dietz or Mrs. Ayers so that your child can be included in the special video being prepared for your celebration. In search of three, kind people to fill the HIGHLY coveted position of Catechist for our Faith Formation classes on Tuesday nights, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. We need catechists for grades 1, 3, 5, & 6! You do not have to be a Biblical scholar, a teacher in real life, or perfect in any way. You just need to be willing to share your time, and your love of God, with a few little people, once a week. Masses for weddings and funerals are permitted outside, or inside with limited attendance. Please check with the parish office for further guidance.
Canceled Events and Activities
The parish buildings are still closed to the public. All public events and most parish activities are canceled or postponed.
The Mass for First Communion is September 12.
Contact the Parish Office to arrange for Baptisms.
The Sacrament of the Sick for in-patients is available through the hospital chaplains only.
Fr. Kunkel is not administering the Sacrament of the Sick except in the case of imminent death.
