Prevention and Recovery Ministry
This week's topic is about benzos or downers, which are used for some treatment but are highly addictive. The article is from the NYT: What is Lorazepam? The Drug from "The White Lotus" Carries Real Risks. Click below for the introduction to the topic, and the article itself.
Respect Life
For our parish's Lenten Almsgiving, we will be giving extra support to the wonderful work of Choose Hope Women's Center. Until Palm Sunday (Apr. 13), we will have a second collection at Mass for this excellent and holy ministry.
As we enter Holy Week, let us ask for the grace to be renewed by our Savior!
Peace,
Fr. John
